All MANGOAL dash cam main units are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. MANGOAL accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, not powered on, in its original condition and packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
To request a return, email support@mangoal.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Used Dash Cams: Dash cams that have been powered on, installed, or otherwise used are not eligible for standard returns. Defects or malfunctions are handled under the applicable warranty.
Missing Original Packaging: Returns must include the original packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.
Late Returns: Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Damage Caused by Improper Use: We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligence. Such items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend returning the original item first. After your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Limitation of Liability
• MANGOAL is not liable for any damages, accidents, or injuries that occur during the use of the dashcam or natural disasters.
• Dash cams are intended for recording driving and accident footage. We do not guarantee that all footage will be recorded or preserved in every situation and are not responsible for damaged or lost files, failed recordings, or inability to recover footage.
• A dash cam is not a substitute for attentive driving or other safety precautions and should not be relied upon for emergency detection, prevention, or avoidance.
